How to prepare for a check-in
Bring your notes and questions so we can make the most of your check-in.
Review the previous weeks
Note the sessions you completed, any you missed, and what made them difficult. Focus on details that affect your programme.
Write down your questions
Name the exercise or part of the plan you need help with. A specific question makes it easier to give practical advice.
Prepare photos and measurements
Agree on which measurements to record, how to take photos, and when to review them. Send them through our agreed communication channel.
Understand the changes
Ask why the plan is changing, how to apply the changes, and when to review them. Tell me about injuries or health conditions and consult an appropriate specialist.
